3) Where do we camp at night?

We strongly recommend you stay in a campervan park. New Zealand has an extensive network of campervan parks in all major tourist centres and most towns. The Parks offer excellent recreational opportunities, plus essential shower and toilet facilities. Powered sites enable you to connect your vehicle to electricity.

The rental insurance cover restricts the maximum you are liable for in the event of an accident, it does not cover you for any personal loss, theft or injury. We strongly recommend that all people traveling in NZ take out additional personal travel insurance.

This depends on the rental company you choose. For safety reason, we encourage you to register an additionaldriver to share the driving.
